Peak Potential Therapy

Therapies and Resources for Children with Autism & Families

Peak Potential Therapy is a private practice offering a range of therapeutic and behavior services for children with speech delays and disabilities along with resources for their families.  Established in 2008, Peak Potential Therapy provides individualized services to families in the greater Cleveland and Akron communities in Ohio.

We are all about kids! Our passionate and skilled therapists are dedicated to helping children reach their ‘peak’ potential, as our methods and practices are tailored to helping them succeed each and every day.  We provide comprehensive pediatric therapy services for infants, children, and teens.

We can come to you! Our belief is that therapy should take place where it is most effective for the child—in natural settings such as his or her own school, community, or home environment. We are committed to providing valuable real-world learning opportunities for your child while at the same time offering options that are convenient for your family.  In light of recent events, we’ve expanded parents’ options to include telehealth – a safe and effective alternative to in-person therapy at our practice located in Northfield and Norton, Ohio.

Peak Potential Therapy has been an invaluable resource to our family. The biggest impact they have had has been on my 4 years old’s speech. He has been attending summer camp for 6 weeks with them and already we have seen remarkable improvement. When he started we had one and 2-word statements. Now he can use full sentences and his articulation and amount of words are improved as well. He has also started to sing which he didn’t do before. We are just thrilled with these improvements as it has made parenting him so much easier now that we can communicate with him better.

Holly is also just a wonderful wealth of knowledge and encouragement. She helped our family understand the overwhelming world of paperwork that comes with special needs education and funding.

The staff is also so caring, helpful, and understanding. My family looks forward to continuing to work with Peak Potential Therapy.

My twins are 5 and non-verbal autistic and went into this therapy with little to no communication skill! After a little over one year they can talk- not complete sentences yet but we’re getting close; maybe another year! Tantrums would last for close to 20 mins; we’re down to less than 5. Overall great place and Holly/Natalie will ALWAYS try to work with you no matter what! Their goal is 100% on your child’s growth. If you need a place to help this is the one. They go above and beyond and they take into consideration what is actually going on with your family outside of therapy to help as well. I know from personal experience. They’re family from the first day you enroll. Oh and I forgot to mention the communication is stellar!!!

My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of Peak Potential Therapy and its owner! They go above and beyond for their clients and their families. Care is honest and direct and they never miss a chance to offer additional help and guidance. They truly put their clients first! In the four months, we have received services from this privately owned small business, our son has blossomed. They not only provide therapy services on grounds during a global pandemic, but they also provide therapeutic information and strategies for families to use at home! They never miss a text or fail to call back when we have a question. If you’re looking for helpful services, and want to be treated like family, this is the place to go!

Holly is amazing in her understanding and relating to my child who has been diagnosed with verbal apraxia. He is 13 years old and still enjoys, even looks forward to his speech sessions.

    (Speech, Occupational & Behavior)
The purpose of a screening is to find out if there are areas of concern that need evaluation. If an evaluation is not found to be necessary, therapists will give parents suggestions to work with the child to address areas of concern.
