JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist, you are a professional who directs, supervises, evaluates, and provides therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in clients' homes, daycare, or community settings in Northeast Ohio.
Salary
Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest quality of client care in the assigned geographic service area
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis, ABA, therapy to children with Autism and other disabilities on a one-to-one basis
- Develop and run social pragmatic groups of two to three children with Autism and other disabilities
- Record clinical and progress notes on a daily and quarterly basis
- Administer diagnostic assessments (formal and informal evaluations including the analysis of language samples) to children with Autism and other disabilities
- Provide training to other team members regarding communication levels, new strategies, and or for the needs of children with Autism and other disabilities
- Develop PECS programs
- Train staff and family members
- Develop communication home programs (visual schedules or social stories)
Qualifications
Must have a desire to work with early intervention, early childhood aged, and school aged children with Autism or other disabilities. A minimum of one year of acute care or previous home care experience preferred.

- ABA Tutor - Indicate this in the question below titled "Discipline" if you have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree in any field, or master's degree in any field and have experience working with children with autism or related disabilities. You do not have your BCBA or BCaBA certification.
